I have been painting with oils on and off since an early age. I have never wanted to paint in any other medium.

I have not studied a particular discipline or path in the field, but I have always been attracted to the expressive style in oils, the brilliant impression in as few strokes as possible.

I generally like to paint in a larger scale. I work both in plein air and in studio. In studio, I work from my own photographs, or use old photographs that I mine from various sources. I try to bring them to life.
